Cleary! What are you waiting for? Really, ask yourself that question. Are you waiting for the right time, enough finances, or the right relationships? How many times have you wrote out your plan, made it plain, spoke it aloud, saw it in your mind as clear as day, believed in that vision with all your heart and still failed? Enough to sigh in this moment, right? We’ve all been down that road quite a few times. We’ve had our times of hopelessness and giving up on ourselves, even if only for a moment. We simply needed a short break or a fresh wind to get up and begin again.
One thing is for certain, lifes disasters and hardships will come. The upside to that is they also go. The saying “This too shall pass’ works in all aspects of life. The good, bad and indifferent. There are pivotal moments in our lives that come to teach, educate and prepare us for the next chapter. Your friends may betray you, your family may disown or give up on you. Your partner may steal from you the last thing you need to seal the deal in your business. Your lover may leave your heart shattered. You can lie down, still and defeated or you can get up anyway. If you accept the lessons you no longer repeat the cycle.
We dance in the storm like little children running under a waterfall on a fun summer day. We stand in awe of the lightning calculating where it will strike next. We laugh at the thunder in fear and in wonder. With our imaginations, we part the grey skies knowing that the sun is just beneath the next cloud. We do our best dance in the height of the most torrential rain, in the perfect storm, for we know that once the weather passes the sun will shine again, and all that’s left for us to do is receive. Be encouraged.
